I am following the tutorials to test our OpenRTK330LI module. I created an account to OpenRTK Monitor, OpenARC RTK (I didn't buy any subscription, do I need one?), and managed to access http://openrtk. However, from the "Running Status" page I don't get any data:

I also don't get any navigation information in OpenRTK Monitor:

On the board itself, the yellow LED is the only one blinking. I also tried testing the module outside to discard that working indoors was the issue. However, this didn't work either.

Do you have any suggestions on what to try to make our board work? Thank you in advance!
