It seems that "INS initializaiton requires few seconds of straight motion with speed > 4 m/s."
I am trying to find in the code where is that speed defined and would like to decrease it to 1 m/s.
It could be possible?

I'm having the same issue.
Ntrip client seems to be working correctly. I also moved with a speed greater than 4 m/s.
