Hello there.

I'm trying to connect IMU383ZA sensor via RS-232 to PC.

We used DB9 connector board that has MAX3232 chip on it to receive UART signals from the IMU sensor. Then this DB9 connector is either directly connected to RS-232 port of Embedded PC or USB port of Industrial PC.

Our PC (Win 11 OS and Ubuntu 22.02) is able to detect the connected COM port, but we are not able to get a successful connection using Nav-View software.

We tried configuring baud rate setup but no success....

Does anyone know solution to this technical issue? Please help...
